You can return any eligible product within 7 days of receiving it.
1) Items returned within the 7 days of receiving original order are eligible for a refund in case of manufacturing defects, including the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color mismatch.
Please feel free to contact us, our customer service executive will get back to you at the earliest.
2) We do not sell refurbished or owned products so there shouldn't be any discrepancies and the products should be returned in the original dispatched condition (unchanged, unworn, whole and with attached).
Please ensure that the wig is unbroken and the lace is not cut.
3) If you wish to return, your first point of contact is our customer care executive and can return your order only after their confirmation. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed after inspection and automatically credited to your original payment account.
Buyers have to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you may choose to keep the product and deal with our customer service for the direct refund.
4) Styling & Care products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are not eligible for any return. Also, note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
5) Please email your order number and returned package number as after the returns request is authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
