Q: Why my hair extensions getting tangled? +

A: The primary reasons for hair to tangle are dryness, oil & dirt, salt water, chlorine and not irregular combing. We recommend wash your hair and apply conditioner at least once a week, twice is better. Hydrating drops can also save you from a bad hair day. With the solutions mentioned above and with some time, love, and care, your hair will be healthy, full, strong, and hydrated once again.

Q: Why the colors of hair extensions don’t look exactly as the pictures show? +

A: It is difficult to replicate the exact hair color as your display monitor can slightly vary the look of your hair extensions. Please ask your hair-dresser for the international colors code.

Q: How to distinguish human hair from synthetic hair? +

A: Human hair has natural proteins, and has a unique burning smell which can't be imitated in the synthetic hair. Human hair turns to ash after you blaze it and will crumble on a mild crushing, its foul smell can be easily recognized with its distinct white smoke that exudes when on fire. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after setting it on fire and will emit black smoke. Human hair may also have a few gray hair and split end as it is normal, not a quality issue.

2.Care and Usage

Q: Can human hair extensions be straightened or curled? +

A: You should treat the hair extensions as your own, you are free to use a flat iron/straighter or tongs, but make sure not to damage it by using these hot tools too often as it could lead to dry your hair and reduce its age.

Q: Why my hair extensions getting tangled? +

A: Yes, the hair can be colored. We advise you to take the professional help of your hairdresser to get the desired results, as coloring them yourself may not give you your desired shade of choice. Also, it is way easier to darken your hair than to lighten it. In case you are unable to go to a salon, make sure to use a trustable and good quality of hair dye and always test a sample first.

Q: Can I wash & blow-dry my hair extensions? +

A: We recommend to wash and condition it as you would on your natural hair. Although it is not attached to your scalp and lacks the natural oil, it can be rectified using hair treatments on them every few weeks. The extensions can also be blow-dried occasionally on lower settings, but not too often. It is always best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after each wash.

Q: How many pieces of hair extensions for one individual? +

A: Normally, 3packs suffice the hair necessity for a full head, or, 5packs will surely do. If you are using hair over 18" long you might require another pack.

3.Order and Shipping

Q: What kind of hair care products should I use? +

A : You should treat your hair extensions as your own hair. Use good quality of shampoo Conditioning your hair is critical to keep it soft and hold its luster. You may also apply gel and use hair spray to keep your curls bouncy, but always wash your hair and not leave these products in there for a long time. Q:I bought something, but discovered that the price changed, why? +

A: As an online business, we are committed to adjusting our prices according to the trends, stock, and the demand from customers. Owing to our strict industrial policy to maintain fairness, we do not refund the difference.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch an order? +

A: Generally, we will dispatch your order within a day. However, sometimes, we may need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for 2 or 3 days.

Q: Do you guarantee delivery time? +

A: As the post office handles your shipment, we may not guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we give you the expected delivery time and advise you to place your orders 4 days in advance.

Q: Is there any hidden charges for my order? +

A: The final amount you pay is the price of the product with the additional cost incurred in shipping (if you choose a paid shipping service). However, due to fluctuations in the exchange rate of the currency, there might be a difference in the total price of the product, with only a change of 0.5% on total price.

Q: What if my order delivery was delayed? +

A: We are committed to delivering your order on time. Nevertheless, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Also, keep in mind that holidays are not counted as a business day and considered when calculating the shipping time.
